ProfileLinda Carbone has been editing books for twenty-five years. As the developmental editor for Basic Books, she gave every manuscript the careful reworking needed to shape it into a publishable book. As an independent editor, she has also worked for HarperCollins, Workman, Addison-Wesley, Oxford University Press, and the Feminist Press, as well as directly with authors on their manuscripts and book proposals.
